Why we built this

We kept noticing the same thing across Singapore — small businesses with dozens, sometimes hundreds, of Google reviews sitting unanswered. Not because the owners didn't care. They cared deeply. They just didn't have the time. Between managing staff, serving customers, and keeping operations running, sitting down to craft thoughtful replies to every review was the thing that always got pushed to "later." And later never came.

So we built a system that handles the response workflow for them. AI reads the review, understands the context, and drafts a reply that sounds like it came from the business owner — because the owner approves every single one before it goes live. No generic templates. No robotic tone. Just a tool that does the heavy lifting so business owners can focus on what they do best: running their business and taking care of their customers.
